Sandals, our signature restaurant - well known throughout Vietnam - offers culinary delights blending Pacific Rim ingredients with best possible sourced local produce. Several signature dishes feature on our menu as well as a large array of freshest seafood for which our private bay is well known. Catch the early morning rays and watch as fishermen return after a night's work and bring in the "catch of the day". Our front terrace offers casual dining whilst having the uninterrupted steady splash of waves on the shoreline. Our poolside terrace offers alfresco dining weather permitting, whilst swaying palms fringe the rising moon. A cool evening breeze allows relief from the heat of the day.

Daily specials allow our chef's creativity to flow. Choose from one of our beautiful dishes - each meal an experience in itself! Saturday evenings we offer an alfresco dining experience where beautiful catch of the day and imported meats are barbequed fresh to order. Look out for Lobster, Tiger prawns, Sweet Oysters, Linefish, selection of beautiful salads, Wagyu Beef and much more - washed down with a free flow of excellent imported wines this is the perfect end to a perfect day in paradise.
